As explained previously, there are 12 principles of Tao Zhu-gong business. Each begins with the three principles of classical Chinese characters and reinforced by eight additional characters.To understand each principle, I recommend the reader, I encourage readers to focus there first third character, because character is what forms the core of each principle. In fact, in my opinion, the eight additional characters tend to limit the scope and interpretation of the three core characters that preceded it. Similar restrictions such as 12 business and 16 business class, there is good reason to suspect that the eight additional characters are added by later scholars. I will illustrate this by describing the 12 principles of Tao Zhu-gong. however, in order to remain consistent with existing literature and publications about the Tao Zhu-gong, I will mencantukan to -12 business principles are in full the following:
Business Principle 1: The ability to recognize people: to know the character of people will ensure your financial stability. (Neng shi ren: ren zhi shan e, mu zhang fu) Business Principle 2: The ability to manage people, treat people with respect will make you among the widely accepted and make a business grow. (Neng jie na: wen xiang li dai, Zhe zhong guan jiao)Business principles to 3: The ability to focus on business: to ignore a long time to get a new one is a curse in the business. Business principles to 4: Ability to organize: when the product is displayed properly, it will attract the attention of many people.(Neng zheng dun: Huo wu zheng qi, duo ren xin mu) Business principles to 5: The ability to be agile and flexible: the reluctance and hesitation will result in futility. (Neng jie min: bu jue you yi, zhong wu gui cheng) Business principles to 6: The ability to collect payments: diligent and exacting will benefit the company (neng tao zhang: qin jin bu dai, qu duo tao zi) Business principles to 7: The ability to hire and place the human resources: selecting the right people the right to payment would ensure that the person is trustworthy and reliable. (Neng yong ren: suey yin qi shi shi you ren lai) Business principles to 8: Ability to speak: rhetoric can bring good luck and give enlightenment to others. (Neng bian lun: Zuo suey you dao, chan to yu fa) Business principles to 9: The ability excels in purchasing: the purchasing, bid up to every ounce of her will not reduce your capital. (Neng ban Huo: Huo zhi bu to, shi jing bian ben) Business principles to 10: Ability to diagnose and grabbed the opportunities and counter the threat: a prudent business practice requires the ability to sell and store in a timely manner. (Neng zhi ji: Zui zhu shou zhi, to Zhe cheng ming) Business principles to 11: The ability to start and become an example: friendship and trust will emerge naturally when discipline and high standards upheld.
